Student home packages

High-quality student homes

Our luxury properties are designed to feel like home. Each home comes with double beds throughout, a TV, washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher as standard. We also provide kitchen equipment including a microwave, toaster, and kettle. This does not include crockery.

The living space in our properties is designed to make you feel at home, and go beyond the 'basic' provisions of other student properties.

Our properties are in great locations near local shopping amenities including Aldi, Tesco and the Co-op.

Extra features at no additional cost

All of our student property packages are provided with extra services at no extra cost. This compliment the luxury homes we provide:

  • Cleaning service

  • Gardener

  • Student portal to easily access tenancy documents

  • Direct connection with the Management Team. No third party.

Utility bill packages

Students can choose one of three utility bill packages: Bronze, Silver or Gold. 

Bronze package includes: Standard amenities and extra features. No utility bills included. £125 per person, per week.

Silver package includes: Electricity, gas and water. +£20 per person, per week.

Gold package includes: Electricity, gas, water, wifi and TV license. +£25 per person, per week.

For an additional cost, the Silver and Gold utility bill package’s leave all the hassle of organising and paying for utility expenses to us. Wifi provided in the Gold package is ultra fast fibre.

If students choose the Bronze package, they will need to organise all utility expenses independently.

Please note: students must apply to Norwich City Council for council tax exemption.

Opportunities to earn

At every turn, we want to invest in you and your academic success. That’s why we offer a Tenancy Cleaning Scheme, which provides the opportunity for you to earn some money while keeping your home clean.

This service is only accessible to students living in Houseago Properties residence. Please use the Student Portal for more details on this scheme.

For all FAQs, please refer to the student handbook provided via email to each prospective tenant or the hard-copy provided in every property. Here are the most popular questions:

 1. How to book a viewing

Please use the form on the Contact page to arrange a viewing. You will be allocated specific timings on one of our viewing days. This will be on a first come, first serve basis, and will be confirmed by email.

2. How much are the deposits?  

The holding deposit: one weeks rent per student payable on application acceptance. This will go against the first months rent.

The damage deposit: four week’s rent per student.

3. Do the homes' have parking?

Yes, our properties have parking.

Property Management

Houseago Properties delivers a bespoke and first class management service meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements of student rental property owners.

Our exclusive focus in the management of student housing allows us to specialise and excel in the student market. This specialisation empowers us to discern and address the unique demands of both landlords and tenants, consistently delivering the highest quality of service.

We offer two types of specialist, on-going management services: moderate or comprehensive. Full details of these services can be found on the Property Management page.

Please note that we do not currently offer tenant find or external re-let services, and all properties will need a pre-management inspection by our team to ensure that our services can meet your property management expectations.
